Kids (ages 8 – 12)

KIDS who consistently attend our martial arts classes develop better focus, learn to respect and cooperate with others, and enjoy exercise.

With our well developed structured rank curriculum, kids will learn how to work for and achieve goals.

We recommend your child attends at least 2 group classes per week.

​This is a fun, but structured 1-hour class that includes:
​physical fitness, stretching, and self-defense.

Tuesday
5:00pm – 6:00pm

Thursday
5:00pm – 6:00pm

Friday:
5:00pm – 6:00pm

Saturday
11:00am – 12:00pm
