At Home Lesson Plans
Pacific Coast Martial Arts Students and families, we have uploaded at home lesson plans for our students. Each Tuesday we will post an updated lesson plan. The adults should choose the rank appropriate workout, higher ranks may also try a lower rank workout.
Lil dragons and Kids should do the lesson plan specifically designed for your age group first. If the student wants more of a challenge, we also have rank specific workouts posted. We recommend that our students practice the written lesson at least 2 different times each week. Parents are encouraged to help your young student with these lessons. If you are not sure of an exercise, do your best to work through it. Keep on practicing!!
